Looks fine, why the B75 chipset and not the Z77?

Edit: Just to specify a bit, are you planning on overclocking with the 3570k?

B75 is for the casual user, I believe you can't overclock on it. The K at the end of your 3570 means it can be easily overclocked given you have the right motherboard.

To get the full potential out of your ivy bridge a z77 will be alot better,as far as i know its for newer chipsets..

Yes those components will work together.

I would recommend this board as it has a newer chipset that supports overclocking and memory overclocking, the B75 chipset has very limited OC'ing capability and the CPU you chose is used for OC'ing.
