$950 build!

my max budget is £630/$950 for a nice gaming pc, to run some games at max if possible.

i only want to overclock if it is within my budget, but if it goes over then i don't want to overclock.
i will be playing on a 1920x1080 21.5" monitor, i don't need a keyboard+mouse+monitor.
