CaN I put a 400W requirement video card into 280W psu?

I am using "nvdia geforce gt210" graphics card, and its preety crappy.. i want to buy "ATI Radeon HD 6670 1 GB DDR3 Graphics Card"
The problem is my PSU is 280W and the requirements for 6670 are 400W.. would it be a problem if I replace my current card with 6670?
my pc specs are
i3
1tb hdd
6gb ram

I would suggest XFX 550 W Pro Core Edition
Or even cheaper Cx 430W / Antec VP 450W
Possible 1 of the last 2 .Ur system has lower power consumption so you wont need a 550W PSU.
Both are great psu and will do the job.

I dont know what I3 is but lets say is ivy bridge
55W Cpu
50W GPu
16W Ram
15W Hdd
=136W
I think your PSU will be able to handle the new GPU.
6670 Doesnt need any power pin so u are set.
