ROXIO Photosuite 5

Trying to use Photosuite 5 to import photos from a sony CD-350. When
initiating transfer, it never recognizes the camera. Anyone have
experience with this combo?? What am I doing wrong here? Thanks.

Using win2000 pro. I didn't load sony's usb driver and just stumbled
upon it. Perhaps that we put things right. Tnx for the response.
