HTPC Build Advice

Hey all,

I'm putting together a new HTPC build now that I've finally cancelled my cable subscription. Ideally I'd like the system to play bluray, 1080p, stream netflix/hulu/espn etc, record ATSC content, and (maybe) serve recorded content to a Roku channel. For now, I'll use HDMI audio. I plan to run either xbmc or wmc. Are there any changes to this part list that you'd recommend? I'm looking for the cheapest configuration that still works:

Intel i3-2105
Gigabyte GA-H77M-D3H Micro ATX LGA1155 Motherboard
G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Antec-HCG 400W ATX12V (already owned)
Happauge HVR-1255 (already owned)
Bluray disc player (any suggestions?)
Case (any suggestions?)

An FM1 build based on something like the A4-3400 or A6-3500 would be cheaper and just as good for this usage.

I'd get a different hard drive though. That one is fast for the price but it's pretty noisy.
