There's to many factors to overclocking that need to be considered then just the cooler, so it's hard to say how high you could get, it tends to really be simply luck of the draw. As not all chips respond the same way to overclocking.

That looks like a very basic aftermarket cooler (below the 212+/EVO), so just judging by that i would say you'd be limted heat wise from getting to high. But you'd probably be able to get a few extra MHz, granted you more likely won't see a dramatic performanc eincrease.
