Will I have enough slots for everything?

I'm building a gaming rig for the first time and I was wondering if I would have enough slots on the motherboard for everything.

Here's the specs:

Motherboard: ASUS Sabertooth Z77 - £171
or Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD5H - £154
Processor: Intel Core i5 3570K - £168
Graphics Card: Asus 2GB GeForce GTX 670 DirectCU II TOP Edition - £350
PSU: XFX XXX Edition 750W Silver Modular - £92
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8gb (Low profile) - £44
Optical Drive: Samsung SH-S222 Burner - £12
Wi-Fi Card: Linksys WMP600N - £39
Sound Card: ASUS Xonar DG - £25

I'm also not sure whether I should go with the Gigabyte or the ASUS motherboard, what do you guys think?

you have 6 pcie slots and out of those your only using 3 so yes you do have enough slots.

Hmm do u plan on any TV card/s down the road? For audio - do u send analog out via a discrete sound card or merely digital audio to an external receiver/DAC?
