Suitable Graphic Card for My PC

Hello,
I have few PC's with following Configuration:

Intel (R) Core (TM) 2 Duo CPU
E4500 @ 2.20 GHz
2.19 GHz, 3.24 GB of DDR2 RAM
160GB Hard Disk
Windows XP Professional Version 2002 with SP2

I am trying to upgrade this with the following Graphic Card:
1. GF 8400GS 512MB DDR2 TV DVI
2. GF 210 PCI-E 1GB DDR2 64 Bit CRT/DVI/HDMI

But the problem is it works for few weeks and then display goes off.
Can anyone suggest which Graphic Card should I purchase to upgrade my PC?
