Cheapest PSU for HD7850

What would be the cheapest PSU I could get to comfortably run an XFX Radeon HD 7850 2GB? I've heard a Corsair 430W ATX12V should be able to handle it, but I've also heard it won't. Thanks for any help.

Yup! It will, but this kind of depends on the rest of your system.

You can't overclock. (Without overclocking the FSB. You don't want to do that.)

The i3 isn't an unlocked processor. You COULD overclock the 7870, though.

I don't know what an FSB is, and judging by that I think overclocking is just out of my league. I'll leave it as is. Thanks though.
