Need help choosing graphic card
Last response: in Graphics & Displays
So..I am building a gaming PC, but I cant choose graphic card..
So I'm choosing between GTX 560/GTX 560 ti 2gb/GTX 570/EVGA GTX 580?
My cpu is I5-2500K, don't know the motherboard yet, but ill choose.
Don't know the limit $$ because in my country every part is like 30% higher cost and we are not with $$ so yeah just tell me good graphic cards, which are worth it..Asus or gigabyte motherboard for the processor?
Thanks in advance.

Well..some people say gtx 580 is overpriced, but i'll buy i5 2500k so I can save more and invest it into GPU..soEVGA GTX 580?and do you think i5 2500k is the best choice?and what motherboard for i5 2500k should I get?Asus or gigabyte.?
motherboard: asus p8z68 vpro
cpu: intel core i5 2500k
gpu: gtx 580
thats the best deal.
It's hard to justify anything other than the i5-2500k for CPU, so +1 on that. Between ASUS and Gigabyte, I'd stick to ASUS with which I've good past experiences, and their cards have been easier to come by.
Aside from the GTX 580, which I'd trade for a GTX 670, I second xtreme5 's recommendation. The black caviar sounds good too.

From what I know, a GTX 670 would be faster, cheaper, cooler and more power efficient. You'll have a rough time finding one, but I'd say it's worth it.Agreed - if you're going to be purchasing a GPU you might as well get bang for your buck. You can purchase an additional one down the road if you feel a single card isn't meeting your needs but the 670 is a hoss. My friend just upgraded to an EVGA 680 and BF3 looks phenomenal on his rig. I don't know that I can justify spending that much money on a GPU but it's very tempting.

What about EVGA GTX 580 1536MB?GTX 560 2gb?
I am sure about the cpu i5 2500k tho im not sure about the gpu? with gtx 580 i will need 1920x hd monitor right?

i've have told you before in my first post gtx580 has still ultimate performance, and yeah for that resolution it is a good deal.
Well..I'd like to get gtx 580 but my PCs motherboard burned and I don't have PC..only one but with 1gb ram -.- pain.My point is..I can buy gtx 580 it's not problem to save money for the next month but I dont have PC so I want to buy $$ with the saved money. Is it necessary 1920x monitor for gtx 580? because I'm sure my monitor isnt 1920x..
I found a Bulgarian shop website sms.bg, but it's quite poor: I couldn't find any suitable power supply and there were basically no PC cases or decent CPU coolers. I made you a list though:
http://img580.imageshack.us/img580/2725/bgni.png
It's missing a power supply, and, preferably, it would be nice to change the CPU cooler and the case.
If you know any other websites, give links, and I'll be able to make more builds for you

Though I'm planning on buying them via internet because it is cheaper also is EVGA GTX 580 1536MB good?(are there better gpu for around that $$?)What motherboard will I need for gtx 580 1.5gb?.Some people said I should get nvidia gpu if my cpu is Intel? Why is that.
Thank you bytheway for helping me
much appreciated.
U could get a radeon hd 7950. It has less gpu temp, and much less power consumption. here are the benchmarks

this forum might help choosing between gtx 580 or hd 7950

Yes it will. Moreover, hd 7950 is better than GTX 580 definitely. But I doubt you'll be able to get HD 7950 at your place, there doesn't seem to be any in stock at the websites you linked.
Also, what do you mean buying over internet? Aren't the shops you linked in the internet?
I meant not from Bulgaria
I found in multirama.bg Sapphire HD7950 3 GB? 764BGN(my money)
So Sapphire HD7950 3 GB Overclocked is my best choice?

in my country 7950 is cheaper than gtx 580 lol..what motherboard will i need? The motherboard?
if you want to upgrade the cpu in the future then go with z77 chipset, if you want to stay with 2500k then stay with z68 chipset. the motherboard which i'm going to suggest you without knowing your bugdet i'd go with the asus p8z68 vpro gen3.

I'll get Radeon HD 7950 but Sapphire?and what does it mean to crossfire it?What about power supply?thanks and btw what pc u got?
Crossfire means having two or more graphics card in your PC.
I'd go for this power supply:

And this motherboard:

gtx 580 is behind 7950 in most games and in some games where beats 7950 its not by much fps 7950 is the real deal runs cooler and has much less power consumption
If u OC 7850 it'll beat gtx 580 in all games but i don't think u need to OC U could get a playable frame rate at a decent resolution

Yes, it does shorten its life. Electronics serve up to 20 years, and overclocked parts lifetime is around half of that. I don't know who told you asrock made bad products, I use one myself and it's working perfectly fine.Is i5-2500k the best choice for cpu? for gaming I don't need i7(no need hyper-threading) so better invest more money into gpu.
Do I have to overclock when I build my pc? or can I do that later..?And Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 is the best choice right...
