Problem with computer

Okay, so for some reason when I turn on my computer the bios screen is all fuzzy with question marks around the screen. For some reason I cannot get to OS setup, the picture fine in safe mode but comes up saying cannot run setup in safe mode but when not in safe mode it just what I said above. Can anybody help me been asking for days!

Graphics card - Nvidia 9800GT

Computer 4 years old I don't have another graphics card to try.

Could be the graphics card failing because it's 4 years old already. However to check you can try and put the 9800GT on another system and see how it works.
