Stuck finding IP address

I just installed a new France Telecom WIFI and it gets stuck trying to find IP address. What do I do?

Thanks Grumpy, I've been dealing with those idiots for 3 months just to get service. I will do almost anything to fix it myself rather than call them again.

Don't have anything to do with them if you can help it.

Normally your idea would be a good one but not in this case.
