Diablo 3 Video Issues

I current have a HP Touchsmart 310-1125F desktop
Specs are:
AMD Athlon II X2 2.9GHz
4 GB DDR3
750 GB HDD
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4270 512MB
Windows 7 64 Bit Home premium

When I go to launch the game it first said that my grafics card was not compatible I then went to my diablo 3 folder in the root of C: and Launched the game appliation and signed in and started the game. However the gav=me does play but it is very glitchy. does anyone know how to fix this or is their a patch that I can run to fix this

Did you check to make sure that video card is even supported in Diablo 3?

It is not listed in the unsipported section or the supported section persay
but in the supported section they have radeon hd 3xxx series cards listed so I figured that it should be fine

I found the issue lies with the catalyst 12.4 software I downgraded to catalyst 11.10 and the game runs flawlessly
