I have a gtx 570 today i have 2 cloned DVI monitors and im using both DVI ports on the card but i have one hdmi free can i use the hdmi to extend the desktop on the third display

The GTX 570 only supports 2 displays.

du u know if it is possible to but 2 DVI monitors on DVI splitter for cloning and have the third one for external on the gtx 570 ?

Yup, but obviously the 2 screens running off the DVI splitter will show the same image.

i hope the card will only detect one of the displays with the splitter so it will not be some mixup :)
