My first build! Need a big help!

I’m looking to build a new pc for multimedia use.
My budget is 750$ USD.
I’m thinking to buy an Intel i5-2500k processor, and I will use the Intel HD graphic card that integrated with it, because I think my budget will not be enough to buy a graphic card.
This computer will be for multimedia, watching HD movies, some video editing and very simple games like pes2012 (I play all my games with ps3).
So, please help me choose the best components with my budget.
