Ok so i just built my first build a few days ago but im lacking a Keyboard and mouse b/c of delayed shipping they wont be here until tomorrow, im also lacking a HDD and windows that im still getting the $ for. Everything else seems to be working fine except the Graphics card (MSI Radeon HD 7770) I Plugged in all the right power connectors and installed it in the PCIE 3.0 16 Slot and hooked it up to my monitor with HDMI into the GPU. Power up the system and all the fans and lights are going great but my Card outputs no signal and the fans on it sit still... so i turn off the system and plug the HDMI into the MOBO and i get the uefi bios... it detects my 8GB of ram and my CPU but says nothing about my GPU (Keep in mind i have no K.B./M.) so thats all i can see. Also another question i had was i built my system and everything but forgot to install standoffs. Everything seems to work fine like loading up the bios and fans/lights/power&reset buttons but should i de-assemble my system and add standoffs or is there really no point.

Incase you need them, my specs :

Yes, add the standoffs if the board is crooked when it slides against the backplate. Some cases have "bumps" instead of standoffs where the board mounts; if your case had these, then you don't need the standoffs. Otherwise, I would start over and line up 6 of the motherboard holes with standoffs and leave the rest empty. Also be sure the power supply lead is connected to the video card, or try posting with the onboard video instead.

Either your gpu is a DOA, or you didn't connect it to the power supply. If it is connected, then it is likely to be a dead on arrival.

Just curious, where are you getting these parts from?

the system is starting fine right now. intill you get into the bios and change the first video device...it going to be the onboard video chipset first then the pci video. also check on your video card that you have al the power plugged in and the 4/8 power pin near the cpu is pluged in.
