Error in cpu 100% utilisation

Hello,
i am facing a probleb in my laptop... its operatinf system is windows7... its cpu utilisation always have shown 100%... then my lapi becom hanged.. no delete or any type of function cant done at that time.. but i am using internet very easily.. that time no problem occure.. plz give me a suggestion..
