Is my PSU powerful enough?

I was wondering if my PSU would be powerful enough for my new system.. I've got a Cosair Gaming Series 600gs.
Im sorta paranoid with frying up my PSU or something like that

Here are the specs that Im planning on getting for my new system

Case: Corsair Obsidian 800d
Cooling: XSPC Raystorm 750 RS360 Water Cooling Kit and 2 case fans
MB: Gigabyte Z77X UD3H
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 670 Windforce
CPU: i7 3770K
RAM: 8(2x4)gb 1600mhz Corsair Vengeance
SSD: 120gb Kingston HyperX


I hope this is enough info. Im planning on overclocking my CPU and GPU as well..

Gtx 670 Consumes 180W so u will be ok with that psu.
Cpu 80W
16W Ram
15W Hdd
25W Dvd

=316W So u can always add SLI later. Gs 600 is a good psu and it will suffice you

I heard that the water cooling kit can use up some power.. and im gonna overlock some of the components.. Is that gonna be a problem at all?

As i said now u have only 316 W add some OC so lets make it 360W. That will be plenty
