I'm looking at buying a new gaming comp. These are the specs of it below. I'm looking at putting another $200-$300 into upgrades, what would be the first thing you would upgrade/change and why?

The motherboard to a Z75/Z77. The i7-3770k cannot OC on an H77 chipset motherboard. Radeon 7850.
