Graphics card for a intel core 2 1.8ghz processor

I would like to know what the best graphics card is that I can get to run with my intel core 2 duo 1.8ghz processor. I would prefer an nvidia card and one that is 100$ or less.

Well, it does depend on what you want to do, but at that low of ghz, you might bottleneck a high end card.
