Decent Build?

I'm building a new PC. My budget is like 350. lol. I've already got my PSU, and an old graphics card. What are your opinions on the parts I'm using? Leave feedback please.
Case: RAIDMAX Seiran ATX-902WB Black Steel
Motherboard: BIOSTAR A960A3+ AM3+ AMD 870 ATX
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition 3.4 GHz
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (Single DIMM)

Looks pretty good to me, and when i get time tommorow ill do some research and give u a more thurow (dont know how to spell thurow or thurough lol) opinion. And also sorry bout the l8 reply man i just got on the forum (i was to busy playin bf3 )
