Please Help: Deciding between two PSUs: Antec vs SilverStone

I'm choosing between two PSUs; buying locally and these are the only options I have that suit my price range:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371059&Tpk=hcg-620m
or

On the one hand, I'm liking the SilverStone for being fully modular (the Antec is only semi-modular), but I am hard-pressed to find reviews for this unit (whereas the Antec has plenty of decent reviews) which is kind of putting me off a bit.

The only other difference I can tell between them is that the Antec is ATX12V while the SilverStone is ATX12V v2.3 but I don't really know what that means.

Please help!

What all are you powering? Both are great power supplies. Fully modular makes no difference, you will need the cables that aren't modular on the antec anyways. Both offer high current 12 volt rails which is good.

I will make a better recommendation once I know what all you are powering and anything you plan to add to your computer in the future.

The Silverstone is a good unit but the Antec would be my choice of the two. It's made by Seasonic and that is never a bad thing.
