Solid build overall I see no real weaknesses, but I have two alternatives you can look at.

For the same price you can get a GTX 570 instead of your 7850.

Also, I recommend the ASRock Z77 Extreme4 Motherboard for that pricepoint, though Asus makes good boards as well.

Overall, solid build though.
