CPU and GPU for PC set up

Hello,

I am wondering what TH would recommend for a 6 screen set up for tracking Live Graphs from FOREX and possibly a few browser tabs open as well.

I am looking at two 7750s to power the six screens and for the cpu a 3rd gen i5 3330 OR the i3 3220. Which one is going to just be good enough for this, it doesn't need to be good enough plus some. It's for a customer, they are pretty specific about 6 screen set up and the purpose is to increase their productivity for real time trading on FOREX and the like.

what resolution are these screens going to be?

1980-1080p or possibly 1600-900 not sure, looking at 21.5" monitors that are around 120 aud
