Need advice on choosing VGA

i have this components but i cant decide what videocard to buy for this

i5 2500 (NOT A K VERSION)
Asus P8H61M-LE USB3 Intel H61/DDR3
Kingston Hyper-X 4GB DDR3 1600
2x 320 HDD

my last GPU is 9600 GT
this are my choices

GTS 450
HD 6770 vx

and i like to play this games in high settings

BATTLEFIELD 3
NEED FOR SPEED THE RUN
DIABLO 3
TOM CLANCYS FUTUTRE SOLDIER
and PROTOTYE 2

note: i cant buy those GTX 560 above i dont have enough budget for that

please help and give some advices for me...

between those two the hd 6770 is better.:) 

i will say you to buy atleast an hd 7770 or hd 6850 they will suite your rig and you will have better gaming performance and ecperience.:)

@OP: Which country are you from? If you tell us, we can recommend a card that fits your budget (tell that too!) and you can surely get it in your country.

HD 6770 is the exact same HD 5770, AMD just renamed it at some point in 2011. Any reason for going with HD 6770? GTX 550 Ti fits in your budget and has better drivers.
