Need help with a ATI Firegl v3100!

Hey everyone, i have been trying to get dota 2 to work on this really old machine with no luck. The machine is this
Intel pentium 4 , Intel g33/31 integrated graphics 2gb ram etc

So i found an old video card ( ATI Firegl v3100) and have had no luck finding the drivers for Windows 7 32 bit. Can someone please inform me if this card will at least run dota 2 on the lowest settings and PLEASE FIND ME THE DRIVERS SOMEWHERE!!!!!

I really would like these drivers!

I can run dota 2 on the g33/31 but the whole map is covered in green fog.

ATI FireGL 3100 PCIe card Windows 8 64bit- Felt this may be relevant because the original forum I found posted this as a solution for win 7 as well. I had this problem and searched forum sites for hours for a solution, also tried MANY ATI drivers with no luck. I found the solution last year when I rebuilt my OS, however this year I couldn't find the same post. I did remount my old OS and found the ATI catalyst version that worked for me. I can say that I tried the AMD link with no success but my version that worked is -FirePro_8.543_Vista64_71430. I cant provide a link or remember how I obtained it, just pulled the install file off of my old drive. This isn't a complete solution due to lack of AMD support and not full featured but hope it helps.

For anyone else stuck with this, I have a server 2012 box that oddly enough uses this graphics card. Here's where I found the package and how to get it off of this legacy amd site:

1) Go to: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/workstation/certified

2) In the first search box, type in firepro

3) In the results look for this entry (if you have a v3100 it doesn't show up but this work just as well) it will all be in one line across. You can verify it is correct by checking the hyperlink to the driver file and matching the poster above's filename.
