Hello, I'm thinking of building a new pc, and wondering if this is a good pc for $470

I will be using it for normal use, such as browsing watching movies, a little of photo/video editing, and maybe a little gaming on games like counter strike source but not too much

MOTHERBOARD: ASUS F1A75-V-PRO Motherboard
CPU: AMD A6 3500 Triple Core Fusion
CASE: CoolerMaster Storm Enforcer
POWER SUPPLY : Corsair CX-430 V2 Power Supply
DRIVEER: LG GH24NS90 24x SATA DVD-RW Drive OEM
MEMORY: Corsair CMV4GX3M2A1333C9 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3
HDD: Western Digital Green 500GB WD5000AZRX
GOING TO USE STOCK CPU COOLER

Is there anything to improve on or even downgrading??
it would be necessary if you could tell me what to downgrade if possible.
not trying to be pov or anything but it would be good to save some more money :)

More about : good

The case ... you can get away with a way cheaper one. Same goes for the motherboard.

You can address both of those parts when going micro ATX, to save quite a bit more money. Put some of that money into an A8 ... it's worth it.

so your saying i should improve on the cpu?

I'm saying, save money on motherboard and case and put about a third of that money into a better CPU, yes. The A8 also comes with a better integrated GPU. :)

if i get a cheaper case then i will need to get a fan/s so either way its going to be same as the storm enforcer,
yes i know the a8 is better, but do you reckon the AMD A6 3500 Triple Core Fusion isn't good enough for normal use?

You do not need to get fans. This is a very low power consumption system. Basically impossible to run into heat issues with any case. Besides every normal consumer case I know comes with at least one fan, which would be enough already.

case
Fractal Design Core 1000 Micro ATX - 39.99$ (newegg)

motherboard
GIGABYTE GA-A75M-S2V FM1 AMD A75 (Hudson D3) Micro ATX - $64.99, $54.99 with Rebate (newegg)

An A8 is just 30 bucks more and well worth it, better graphics, faster processor. You save more than that with that case and motherboard, anyway.

wow, don't know how i missed that, save money on other parts to get an A8 also don't get a green HHD get a black or a blue.

Agreed, a blue is probably enough. Green is more for data storage (slowest one of them all). :)
