I'm currently using AMD Phenom II X2 555BE OC 3.6Ghz .My problem is my pc wont boot in ucc mode,it just keep showing black screen. I have tried to increase voltage and lower my frequency to 2.4Ghz but it still wont boot. I'm currently using 500W PSU and AS Rock N68C-S UCC motherboard.

Any solution would be appreciated.Thanks

Not every 255 CPU will let you unlock cores...

As I think my mobo cant let me unlock individual core,i'm thinking to buy new mobo.

Asus AMD M5A88-V EVO. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

My question is does this mobo support unlocking individual core and does this best value for money?

Thanks

You probably can but what does it matter, it's not going to change anything. If the unlocked core is unstable than it's unstable and there is nothing you can do about it. The core was locked for a reason.
