I've got a problem.

I'm running Win7 64bit. I installed some mods for a game (Arma 2). As they were being installed (using an automatic installer), my antivirus restarted my computer. Ever since then, I've been getting BSOD's with this message: IRLQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

The BSOD happens about two to three minutes after I log on.

Specs:
Intel i7 2600k
8GB DDR3 RAM
P67 Sabertooth
Corsair 750W PSU
PNY GTX 560ti

Anything I can do?

Seems like malware... Take the HD out put in into another computer and do a virus scan. If that doesn’t help, clean install windows.

Mods are not good for your PC. I know they are tempting, but they are going to change your registry, and other core settings... What is probably happening is it has attached itself to some sort of update file. As Windows programs itself to check for updates when the system is idle for a period of time (lets just say 1 minute for this example), so when this update try to run, either a .dll is not there, or a registry entry is not correct and it causes your computer to go into a infinite loop, thus the blue screen.
