Best video card for my setup

I have a AMD Phenom II 965 black edition cpu and will prob go with the ASUS M5A97 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard with UEFI BIOS for it, i don't plan on using dual cards just 1 gpu is enough for my needs and will playing with resolutions of 1280x1024 and no higher than 1920 x 1080. SHould i go with GTX 560ti, RADEON 6850 or 6870 for my rig?
