Archived from groups: alt.cellular.cingular (More info?)

Is there any way to use my own pics as the background for my Z500
without the ugly border on top and bottom. I have tried jpg and gif
pics and resizing them to 128x128 or somewhat larger. Nothing gets rid
of the top and bottom border when I use one as a background on my
phone.
