Need help with graphics card

I currently own an HP pavilion slimline s3400f, I wanted to start playing diablo 3 but unfortunately my graphic card is not up to date.

I've bee searching around for a decent quality graphic card and was wondering if this one would run on my computer.

I also decided to look for a new power supply in order to support it. These are the components, can someone let me know if I'm making a good buy, or at least let me know if it will work fine?

That card wont fit in your system, because you have a slimline case. You need a low profile card like this;
