Advice for ~700 gaming/everything else build

Hi, im building a ~700 dollar build that will run up to bf3 multiplayer on at least medium. Im wondering if theirs anything i could do better on?

If any of you are wondering why im spending more on the cpu than the gpu its that i want to make it a bit more future proof. Also, is it worth getting an unlocked cpu? This would be both my first build and over clock so im curious

Also im considering crossfire in the future, and ive heard that the 7770 card scales well on it. I also live in australia so stuff is generally more expensive

I'd change up a bit:

get the seasonic M12 II for $60

a B75 motherboard for $70

an Hd 6870 for $167

Drop the OCZ psu, OCZ psu's are terrible. Get something from seasonic, corsair or antec.
And yes, you should get a better card like the 6870

Unfortunatley, the 6870 costs a lot more here, so its not very good for the money
