Additional Comments:this will be my first build have been looking to build for a year or two and finally have the funds to do it. i already have two wd black 1tb hdds and keyboard and mouse

Good choice on the video card but the 2500K won't work with a socket AM3 board. Also Thermaltake PSUs are pretty crappy for the most part. I'd suggest something like this for $1K:
