Can the Silverstone ST50F 500w support the PowerColor HD5770 512M GDDR5?

:hello:  That depends on the rest of your system. If you give us full system specs, we will be better able to answer your question. :D 

AMD recommends at least a 450W PSU for that card, so the quick answer is: barring any outrageous power hogs in your system, The Silverstone should be able to handle that video card.

it can hold the card vry easily.

I am using 450watt psu with my Sapphire HD6750 1gb ddr5.

I don't think you will have a problem, unless you are planning on 8-10 HDDs or something power hungery like that.
