80 plus is an efficency rating, meaning that 80% or more of the power that the PSU draws from your electric outlet gets turned into system power, the rest is drawn off as heat.

The PSU will meet the power requirements of the graphics card, as a suggestion however, PSU's with single 12v rails tend to be a better choice for stability and reliability. For the card you have selected I would aim for something 600w + with a single 12v rail pushing 34+ amps. Corsair makes some really good ones.
