Requesting help on a 700-750 USA $ build

I am hoping I could have assistance putting together a list of computer components for a price around $730 dollars. $750 is probably the most. I do wish to have a i5 2500k in it and a decent GPU for games like BF3 and some crysis 2 and the up coming third one. even if its at lower resolution. If this is not possible I'm willing to go with a different CPU.

Note: I have no spare parts laying around beside some disc drives but are NOT sata ones so I will need a Sata disc drive and the Win7 home premium edition OEM. (I do have 2x4gb ddr3 ram corsair vengeance and a computer case. Raidmax Seiran.
