I was wondering if all of these parts I am getting for a budget PC build are compatible, and also if I will need to get a better power supply or case or anything.

Looks good to me as far as compatibility goes.

I don't love the Z77 Pro4, though, and I like the Z77 Exreme4 better. See if you can find a combo with the Extreme4.
