I have the Pegatron M2N68-LA and the TDP is 95w
and my AMD phenom x4 9650 (first generation) is coming in the mail tomorrow
is it gonna work?

search your motherboard's chipset and it should tell you with which cpu's its compatible with. some older mobos provide bios updates to support newer cpu's

Isn't AMD Phenom Quad-Core (A) 9xxx series (AM2+) what you're after? That's the first Phenom not the Phenom II which matches your 9650 which im guessing is in the 9000 series? I'm not 100% but judging from the information you gave it would lead me to think that it is compatible.

nvm i did some research on it and found it thanks for telling me about updating my bios i thought people only use bios to overclock I learned something today ^.^
