You'll need a new windows coa if it's made by dell, hp, etc. Listing a vender would help, but mine is newegg, so here goes:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=E... (sandy bridge cpus only, no bios update available for ivy)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... (no hdmi port; ivy bridge support without a bios flash)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

If you can't afford new stuff, please list a firm budget and link a vender for better advice.

The only components you can re-use in your old PC are the Case and PSU and the Monitor. Well it depent on how much is your budget, if you go Intel platform, you may spend al least $600.00 and for AMD, you may spend at least $400.00 minimum
