How good is a ASRock A55M-HVS, Socket FM1, HDMI, D-Sub, mATX Motherboard

If you're dead set on the FM1 socket, then you should be looking at tje A75M chipset, like this ASRock A75M FM1 for USB 3.0 and SATA 6.0 support.

If you're wanting a medium to high spec computer for gaming and budget allows, you should be looking at Intel boards and CPUs.
