Are These Parts Compatible?

I was just wondering if these parts will be able to function with eachother, and if I will have to purchase anymore than what is listed to get a fully functioning computer. (besides obvious things like a monitor, mouse, ect.) Also, I am re-posting this because someone took it down, I am asking a serious question and I am in need of help before I blow tons of money on these parts.
