New CPU + MOBO

Hi, i'm upgrading my pc and i need new cpu and mobo with it. i'm using pc for : gaming (1280x720, medium details is enough), internet.
my current graphic card : hd 5670 512MB gddr5

guess i will take A10 5800k or i3 3220 ( maybe i5 2380P, but i will have to lower the price for mobo)
What do you think?

Whatever you choose you ll be file. Your gpu ll holding you back not your cpu

and is i5 a lot faster than i3? I mean like in normal use, is it getting to 90% usage etc..?
