Lack of amps for a video card?

I have an Antec Earthwatts EA650 650 Watt PSU running an AMD FX-6200 (125W CPU)
I have 2 +12V rails. They are rated at 22A each.

I ordered an EVGA GTX 560 2GB Superclocked about a week ago (still being shipped), and just now decided to find the official manual for it. I Found a PDF for the card on EVGA's website.

They state that you need a minimum of 450W power supply WITH 24A ON THE +12V rail.
The video card requires 2-6 pin connectors.

Am I screwed here and need to go out and buy a new power supply? Because I am now out of cash and have no more to spend on any other parts at the moment.

Guy on Steam is genuinely worried about this. I am leaning towards "It will work", but what do you think of this? I think what he's getting at is if one rail fails on me, then something disastrous will happen because it's only delivering 22A at that point off of one rail.

I only have 2 pin connectors by the way. So they are both 22A each. the 25A is powering the CPU. Still though, that puts me at 44A, but only 22A if one rail fails.

Decided on trying it anyways. I think it should be fine as it seems a lot of people use lower amp rails together on cards.

you have plenty of amperage to run that card. No need to worry.

According to Antec's own documentation about the EarthWatts Series 650 Watt (EA 650) the OCP (Over Current Protection) Set Point on each of the +12V rails is 33 Amps. That means if you attempt to draw more than 33 Amps on any one of the +12V rails it will trigger the Over Current Protection circuit and shut down the PSU.

During gaming the GeForce GTX 560 alone shouldn't be drawing more than 13 Amps from the +12V rails. If you decide to run FurMark then it could jump up to 18 Amps.

There's nothing to worry about. That power supply has way more than enough capacity to handle the GeForce GTX 560.
