Bitfenix Prodigy Build

I am wanting to do a gaming build in the Bitfenix Prodigy. I think this diagram best shows the way i wanted to setup my fans in this case. But instead of 2 120's in the front it is going to be a 230, and the 2 120's on the top will be a h100. I also have a question about that. How would i put my os on a ssd without having a optical drive???

You can install Windows on a USB flash drive

You can also install it via the optical drive, then remove it when you finish installing your system.

Sorry to resurrect this: could you perhaps install Windows via an external usb dvd-rom or can Windows only be installed optically / via a USB stick?
