Hey there forum,
I've been using the same PC for about five years. To give you a quick idea of just how bad it is, the processor is 1.8 Ghz and the graphics card can barely run Team Fortress II on low. Now that I'm a working man, I am looking for an upgrade.
My ideal computer would have/be capable of the following:
- Be suitable for gaming at "high" settings for 3-4 years
- Able to overclock the CPU and the GPU modestly (not looking to get too complicated)
- Hopefully keep the motherboard relevant for the next few years
- Not looking for any fancy case, do not need a monitor, do not need an operating system
My budget is $750 dollars Canadian. I would appreciate any builds that I can seen on PC part pickr (if possible) .
Also, I was considering to wait until September and copy one of the Tom's Hardware builds. What do you guys think of that?
Thanks!
