I am having FPS drop problems while playing Team Fortress 2 and Skyrim. After playing for a whil, say 5-10 mins, my FPS drops from 100 to around 10 ! I have 9500GT 1GB graphics card. I cleaned my CPU so that there is no dust problem. I used the program 'speedFan' to check GPU temperature. My GPU temperaute reaches 110 C when the game starts lagging. How to fix this overheating problem ?

When you say "I cleaned my CPU" are you referring to your PC case?

I'd check to make sure the graphics card fan is working, I'd also clean it and the GPU's heatsink, you may also want to apply some fresh thermal paste.

How is your case airflow and cable management?

Thanks for replying. :)

Uhmmm. I cleaned the inside of my CPU. All those chips etc. I cleaned up the GPU and fans with a paintbrush. :p
Did not check whether the GPU's small fan is working or not. There are no messed up wires inside my cabinet. They are all tied.

And where can I get this thermal paste and how to apply it ?

Most computer shops will sell thermal paste aswell as online PC stores.

There are loads of video's on youtube explaining the process of removing the old thermal paste and applying new thermal paste, so I would suggest having a look at those.
