Is memory with 2133mhz needed to overclock 3770k to 4.5ghz+ ?

Hello all,

I recently purchased a MSI MPower motherboard and along with a i7 3770k, and I planned to overclock the processor as much as I can. I was wondering if memory would matter in this case, if I plan to overclock to around 4.5ghz or higher. If not, I planned to just go with a 1600mhz memory from G. Skill. Much appreciated for your help .

RAM speed doesn't matter for overclocking a current Intel CPU and 1600 is the sweet spot, so you're go to go with your plan.
