Corsair H80 temps too high?

my specs are
intel core i5 3570k
asrock z77 extreme4
corsair 400r
corsair gs600
my idle cpu temp is 40c .the fan speed of corsair h80 is at medium i'm using only the stock thermal paste that cam preinstalled with corsair.any solutions

post your temps at load

40c at idle is fine

i'm running at stock speeds with H80 that's the problem .
