Hi!
I'm building new Gaming PC, And I want to make sure all parts are compatible :)
And I want to ask if the MOBO and PSU are good ones, or rubbish. The Idea is to make silent PC, so I would like to know if any part is ''loud''. I will be overcklocing both GPU and CPU

Parts:
Sapphire Radeon HD7850 2GB GDDR5
Fractal Design Define R3
ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 Intel Z68 LGA1155 (Is this a good board?)
G.Skill RipjawsX DDR3 1600 Mhz 8 GB (2 x 4GB)
Western Digital Caviar Blue 1 TB SATA III 8.9ms 7200rpm 32MB (Reliable HDD? Silent and does it last long?)
Cooler Master GX RS-650-ACAA-E3 650W (Enough to power all the parts, and does it last long?)
Intel Core i5 3570K 3.4 GHz LGA1155

Now the CPU!
Is the stock cooler LOUD? And can I overclock even a bit with stock cooler? If not what cooler would you suggest?
And what are the max temps you would recommend when overclocking this beast :)

Thank you :)

Honestly, OC'ing a CPU and GPU your not going to have a quite system unless you want it to feel like a volcano. Not unless you spend $3000 for a complete watercooled system, even at that point your still going to have at least 2 120mm fans
